1. The research must include process of Genome Analyzer(Illumina), SOLiD(Life Technology),
Genome Sequencer(Roche). Financial support also will be limited to above NGS operation only.
2. NGS proposal should be submitted by Dec 18, 2009
3. Macrogen will plan to select fifty studies based on the conditions as follows;
1) Terms of joint research (e.g. co-authorship, acknowledgments).
2) Scale of research expenses.
3) Priority negotiation partnership for industrialization.
4) Experiment conditions (Sample type, multiplexing).
5) Results of the project will belong to the researchers under international law and copyright law. |
4. After submissions, Macrogen technical committee will review the submitted proposal and notice
the detail schedule and conditions.
5. The elected may conclude research agreements with Macrogen.
6. Approximately 10% to 50% of financial support at a cost of NGS operation will be awarded to
50 researchers.
7. The elected should pay their full share with research commencement. It is limited to Dec 31, 2009.
